 Verified  Benita is a wonderful host, communicator, and the home is absolutely stunning! We had a group of eight people and there was plenty of space for us. Everything was great, especially the location. It’s conveniently located near stores if you like to cook like my group did. It’s also a great mix for going into the city or for staying in.

 Verified  My now wife, recently stayed at “We live in a barn” for our wedding weekend as well as we had our rehearsal dinner in the barn portion of the property. Benita was so wonderful from the beginning with communication and helping us plan our rehearsal dinner there. The house was perfect and matched the photos exactly (may have been better in person). The barn was perfect for hosting events and Benita provided chairs, tables, and games to play (ping pong, corn hole, etc) There were some additional decorations as well we were able to use. Overall 12/10 experience and would highly recommend this to anyone thinking of spending some time in the Grand Rapid area.

 Verified  Our stay at Benita's Rural Timber Frame Barn Home was fantastic. My wife and I brought our staff for a get away from work, work retreat. The barn home is very charming and conveniently located close to everything we wanted to see and do in Grand Rapids. Relaxing quiet neighborhood. Easy in, easy out. Wildlife right outside our door. Home has everything you need and more. Benita was a wonderful host as well. Easy to communicate with and provided lots of helpful suggestions to make our retreat the very best that it could be .
